These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Green-ATS, a resume-building, ATS-scoring, and job-tracking service available at green-ats.com and app.green-ats.com (the "Service"). Green-ATS is operated as an independent service based in Israel ("we", "us", "Green-ATS"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Green-ATS uses AI (via a third-party AI provider) to help you build a resume, score it against a job description for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility, tailor copies of your resume to specific jobs, generate cover letters, and track your job applications. AI-generated scores, suggestions, and content are advisory — they reflect our best automated estimate, not a guarantee of any outcome, including interviews or job offers.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Green-ATS. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service and no credit card required. After the trial ends, continued access requires either a subscription (auto-renewing, cancel anytime — billed weekly or monthly) or a one-time pass (a fixed access period with no auto-renewal). Current prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd or its applicable affiliate ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and your payment is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until canceled. You can cancel anytime using the subscription-management link included in your Paddle payment receipt email, or by emailing hello@green-ats.com — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't provide partial-period refunds for a cancellation mid-cycle.
One-time passes do not renew automatically; access simply ends when the paid period elapses.
Refunds aren't automatic, but we review requests case by case — email hello@green-ats.com and we'll get back to you.
You keep ownership of the resumes, work history, job descriptions, and any other content you put into Green-ATS ("your content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you, and to send it to our AI provider, solely to provide and improve the Service — we don't sell your content or use it to train our own models. Our AI provider's own terms mean your content isn't used to train their models either. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful.
Don't: scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; share your account with others or resell access; use the Service to generate content for someone else's job applications at scale (bulk/automated use beyond normal individual job-search activity); attempt to bypass usage limits or paywalls; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may monitor for abusive usage patterns and reserves the right to pause or limit an account engaging in them, consistent with fair-use limits described at signup.
If you opt in to job-vacancy email alerts, we'll send you periodic emails about new matching postings. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party job postings we surface.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that AI-generated scores or suggestions will improve your job-search outcomes, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party job data is accurate or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green-ATS won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion anytime by emailing hello@green-ats.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify active users. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
